1 cup almond four
1/2 cup oat flour
1 packet of the cofo provisions chocolate collagen
1/3 cup cacao powder
3 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda)
pinch of pink himalayan salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 egg, 1 flax egg or 3 tbsp aquafaba
1 cup shredded zucchini (press out any extra liquid)
1.5 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 cup non-dairy choco chips
Mix dry things, mix wet things, then mix together. Bake at 350 in a 12 cup muffin tray for around 25 minutes.
