Chocolate Collagen Peanut Butter Cups

Cofo Peanut Butter Cups

  • 14 oz chocolate chips
  • 2 tbs Cofo Provisions Marine Collagen - Cacao
  • 2 tbs coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Flaky sea salt - optional

Line a mini muffin tin with 12 paper cups. In the microwave, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Mix in 2 tbs of Cofo Provisions Cacao. Freeze the peanut butter for 5-10 minutes - it makes it much easier to work with. 

Fill the paper cups with a tbs of melted chocolate and let it chill until it's fully hardened. Add a dollop of peanut butter into the middle of each muffin cup. Then add another tbs of melted chocolate over the peanut butter. Top off with a sprinkle of salt and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
