1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk Yogurt
1 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Tbs Cofo Provisions Marine Collagen - Unflavored
1/2 Cup of Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup of Strawberries
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, coconut milk, Cofo Provisions, and chia seeds. Pour the mixture into a cup or bowl. In a blender or food processor blend together strawberries and remaining 1/2 cup of yogurt. Pour the rest of the mixture into the cup or bowl with the yogurt chia seeds. Top with shaved coconut.
