Cofo Basil Smoothie


1 1/4 cups plain yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)

1 cup packed fresh basil leaves

2 tbs Cofo Provisions Marine Collagen - Unflavored

1 banana 

1 cup ice

2 tbs honey or other sweetener


In a blender, combine the yogurt, basil, Cofo, Ice and honey. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
