Berry Good Smoothie
1/2 Cup Almond, Oat, or Dairy Milk
1/2 Cup Blueberries *
1/2 Cup Raspberries *
1/2 Cup Strawberries
2 Tbs of Cofo Provisions Marine Collagen - Unflavored
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Tbs Organic Honey
* If berries are out of season, you can use frozen berry mix.
Mix all ingredients into a blender, pour into two glasses. Garnish with fresh fruit or mint sprigs.
