Cofo Collagen Curry is the best way to stay warm this winter! We recommend making a family sized portion and sharing it with a few of your loved ones!
In a skillet on the stove, cook:
1 chopped sweet potato
1 cup chopped butternut squash
2 heads of broccoli
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Season the vegetables with:
1.5 tablespoons of curry powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of ginger
(Add any other vegetables of your choice!)
As your veggies continue to cook:
Add 1 can of coconut milk
Add 3 tablespoons of Cofo Collagen
Add 2 cups of yellow curry paste
Cook your curry in the skillet until all the veggies are soft and ready to eat!
