1 cup of dark chocolate chips
2 tbls of Cofo Provisions Marine Collagen - Cacao
1 tbls of coconut oil
In a microwavable bowl, mix dark chocolate chips, coconut oil together and microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Stir in 2 tbls of Cofo Cacao collagen until dissolved.
Cut bananas into bite size pieces, place them on a skewer (small size or medium). Dip the banana into the melted chocolate until coated (sprinkled nuts optional). Place the banana slices on a piece of parchment paper and freeze for about an hour.
