Pumpkin Spice Collagen Latte

We tried to resist, but the lure of pumpkin spice season is hard to ignore. Here is Cofo’s take on the classic PSL. 
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tablespoon pumpkin purée 
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon Cofo Provisions Marine Collagen (unflavored)
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix 
1/2 cup hot coffee 
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions: Add milk, pumpkin purée to a saucepan over medium heat. When hot (not boiling) remove from heat and add vanilla, pumpkin spice mix and coffee, whisk together. 

Top with whipped cream, if you desire a truly original PSL experience. 

Tip: If you can’t find pumpkin spice mix, you can make your own by combing cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg together.
