Rachael's Cofo Green Smoothie

One of our Cofo Ambassadors, Rachael Vega, created this nutrient-dense smoothie to keep her full & fueled-up until lunchtime. It's filled with healthy fats and protein! Try it for yourself:

1 packet of Original Cofo 

1 cup of almond milk

A few handfuls of frozen spinach

Vanilla protein powder

Cinnamon

And some chia seeds on top!
