Go-To, On-the-Run Morning Cofo Shake

When we're rushing out the door in the morning, many of us typically pass up on breakfast. But, as we all know, it's the most important meal of the day to recharge our body with nutrients. Here's our go-to morning shake that's quick and easy to make, tastes good, and loaded with lots of protein, vitamins and of course the nutrient-dense energy and immune boosting superfoods from our daily performance mix. 

Add in a blender, drink and enjoy. 

1 1/2 cup of almond milk (we've also used flax seed milk)
2 tbs of cashew butter (switch with almond butter if desired)
1 tbs of vanilla
1 tbs of Cofo Daily Performance Mix
