FAQ

What can I add Cofo Provisions in?
Cofo was formulated to be added to your favorite daily coffee, smoothie, shake, tea, soothing hot milk, soup, salad dressing, chia pudding, hot cereal, we've even heard of a customer who sprinkles it onto of their steak. Here's your chance to get creative!

Is there any sweetener in Cofo?
There are no sweeteners of any type. No: sugar, coconut sugar, honey, agave, stevia, fructose, dextrose, maltose, galactose, date sugar, maple syrup, etc.

What is marine collagen?
Most collagen comes from beef. While the packaging may say “grass-fed,” much of the beef used for collagen is imported from South America, which implies critical and mass deforestation. Our collagen comes from wild-caught cod, which is processed in a Marine Stewardship Council approved facility. Our collagen is hydrolyzed, which means it is odorless, flavorless, and completely dissolves in liquid.

Does Cofo MCT Oil Powder contain palm oil?
No. Our MCT is 100 percent sourced from coconuts. There is no palm oil in Cofo Provisions. Some brands of MCT oil contain palm oil, which is less expensive than MCT oil that is 100 percent derived from pure coconut oil. Much of palm oil production is responsible for habitat loss as a result of deforestation (including the habitat of the threatened orangutan) and human rights violations. As a company to best of our knowledge, we say no to habitat destruction, child labor, and modern slavery.

What is the shelf life of Cofo Provisions products?
All Cofo Provisions will expire two years from the time it was made. Each product contains an expiration date and lot number for your reference. Store Cofo Provisions in a cool, dark area away from moisture then an opened bag will last until the expiration date.
